Your Sales Manager will handle the details – from scheduling the game(s), to team registration, to food and drinks – both before and on the day of your event.
You Ambassador Team will handle everything in between to ensure you can focus on enjoying your company event.

FAQs
What days do you host kids parties?
We currently allow events for kids parties on Saturdays and Sundays only.
What times do you host parties on Saturdays and Sundays?
You are able to host a kids party between the hours of 11AM – 2PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
What ages are children's parties for?
You can host a party for kids between the ages of 7-12 years old.
Can we bring cake?
You may bring cake IF you have a group event booked! The cake MUST have an ingredients list and MUST be store bought or from a bakery. No homemade cakes please.
Can we bring decorations/decorate the area?
Some decorations are allowed but must be approved by the sales manager. Discuss with your sales manager if yours are acceptable.
How long does an event usually last?
A kid’s party is 90 minutes.
Do we have gluten-friendly options?
We do have gluten-friendly options. Please notify your sales manager of any allergies and gluten-friendly requests and they will help you choose the proper menu items!
Is gratuity included in the contract?
Yes it is and you can select the gratuity percentage when you sign the contract.
Do we have audio/visual capabilities within our venues?
Inquire with your sales manager as we do have audio and visual capabilities in certain areas of our venue but not all.
What happens when we arrive for our group event?
We kick things off in your reserved space, where you and your party will be greeted by your event team, with the spread you selected.
What happens to our event space when we go to play mini golf as a group?
This area is yours for the entirety of the event, so don’t worry about another group taking it over!
Can we bring food & drinks onto the course?
While food is not permitted on the course, beverages are available during the entirety of the event. We’ll assist with drink orders both on and off the course!
How does mini golf work with a group of our size?
When it’s time to play mini golf, your group will break out into groups of up to 6 guests.
How will teams/groups be decided then?
Your sales manager can help pre-select teams, our system can randomize your attendee list, or we can do “Player Numbers” for those groups not as competitive!
